To the surprise of the students, Cline Paden began to applaud the tree, weeping as he spoke, that the tree was fulfilling its God–assigned mission and design. It was broken by fruitfulness.

May these sermons and writings tell you more than the spirit of an extraordinary servant. May they tell you of the worthiness of a God for whom many good men and women gladly pour out their lives, being broken, finally, by fruitfulness.
